VILLA ATALAYA
A fantastic villa with stunning sea views, ideally suited for either one or two families who would like to spend their holidays together. With a very-well designed floor plan, large and bright bedrooms and quality furnishings and stylish decoration within the standards of our MENORCASELECT Quality Club, it is located in an exclusive, quiet and very beautiful area, close to the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches.
VILLA ATALAYA contains 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and sea-views, 1 triple room with three single beds, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with a shower), a large living&dining room with amazing sea views and access to the main stunning terrace and English style courtyard, and fully equipped large kitchen with a breakfast corner and laundry area. The villa includes a cosy loft/relaxing room with wooden floors, which may be accessed from the living room, providing access to the very large sun terrace, with breathtaking sea views.
The large covered terrace located on the ground floor contains a brick barbeque, and is an ideal place for family meals enjoying the incredible sea views, next to the pool and sun loungers, surrounded by a garden and relaxation areas. From the sun terrace, located on the top floor, you will be able to enjoy unique views of the southern Menorcan coast, from Binibeca as far as the light-house located on the Isla del Aire in Punta Prima.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. This may be increased to 10 by adding one extra cot and by using the pull-out couch located in the loft for 2 people (accessible from the wooden staircase located in the living room -as such therefore only suitable for teenagers).
Nestled in the wonderful natural environment of the exclusive S’Atalaya, which is less crowded than other nearby Binibeca areas, VILLA ATALAYA is a five minute drive from both the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches where you will find a selection of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The charming Cala Biniancolla is a short 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, restaurants/bars and a water park. Another nearby point of interest is the picturesque Cala Torret, just 4 minutes away by car: here you will have access to nice restaurants on the seafront, a supermarket and platforms to swim in the turquoise waters.

We stayed at Villa ATALAYA for a week in September, with lots of sun. The villa is located in a beautiful residential area, sea views, well-kept garden, clean pool, very clean villa, well equipped kitchen, very good quality of beds, great starting point for excursions. We loved walking around the area, and dining every night on the terrace with the light of the lighthouse in the distance. Definitively we would like to come back, thank you.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Atalaya. Everything has been perfect. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was clean when we arrived. We were two families, a total of 9 people and the truth is that the house has been ideal for us, superb layout. And that unbeatable views!

What we love about this villa...
- Sensational location in an exclusive and quiet area of Binibeca, with splendid views over the coast, and ideal for long walks by the sea. A truly paradise for a relaxing holiday !
- A modern, bright and stylishly decorated villa with large windows and a distinctive layout containing many different leisure areas. The charming English style courtyard at the back of the villa is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine, in the shade of an olive tree. Pure magic !
