VILLA DALIA is spread out over 2 floors: at the street entrance you will find a spacious hall with access to the dining and lounge areas, which are very spacious with spectacular design, separated by a set of stairs. Both spaces provide access, through large glass corridors to the terraces and garden / pool area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a beautiful bathroom with a shower, and a fabulous designer kitchen with high-end fittings, with a breakfast area, pantry, and a large laundry and ironing room, with access to the terrace. An elegant wooden and steel staircase leads to the first floor, with the master suite with a double bed, fantastic dressing room and ensuite designer bathroom with a bath. Another two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), both with large built-in wardrobes, and a family bathroom with original shower, complete an amazing layout for families.
The property´s outdoor areas offer the same level of comfort, and a layout that has been really designed for enjoying any time of the day: the large fenced pool and sun terrace area, surrounded by a charming garden and variety of seasonal flowers, are located at the front of the house, next to the front lounge terrace, which is covered and has additional awnings. Surrounding the garden, there is a spacious dining terrace, located in the coolest area of the house, fitted out with large awnings and a fantastic brick barbecue, for enjoying amazing summer lunches and dinners. The good-size property offers privacy and nice views over the rural setting, with easy parking in front in the street or within the property.
VILLA DALIA’s facilities are perfect for the family. However, there are some flights of internal stairs, making it unsuitable for very young children. In any case, older children should always be supervised.
The villa can accommodate 8 people. This maybe increased up to 9, by adding an extra cot or bed (an extra charge will apply).
There are beautiful walks in the peaceful surroundings of Trebalúger, with its iconic Talaiot, its white houses surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and its stone walls marking out very narrow streets. You will need to use the car for your daily plans: there is a well-stocked supermarket in Sant Luis just 2-minute drive away, where you will also find all kinds of services. The same distance away, the Binifadet wineries offer charming terraces for sampling a good wine and an informal bite to eat in the evening, with the great attraction of dinner in the port of Cales Fonts in Es Castell, the most romantic place on the island, just 9 minutes away. A little further, 13 minutes away, you will find all the attractions of Mahón. And if you fancy a day at the beach, there are two fantastic options nearby, with Punta Prima 11 minutes away, and Binibeca 15 minutes away.

What we love about this villa...
- A large holiday home for two families, spacious and bright, with different spaces for enjoyment and relaxation, spectacular quality and design.

We didn't know this area of Trebaluger and it has been a discovery, we have loved arriving in a few minutes at the port of Cales Fonts to dine on its terraces, or having Sant Lluis so close for shopping, with the port of Mahón also a few minutes away, or being able to go have a wine to the wineries some afternoon. We have really enjoyed the walks in this quiet area, and the house is wonderful, as seen in the photos, huge and in impeccable condition, all designer but with a warm atmosphere, just our style of home. Excellent service on arrival so we can't wait to go back. Thanks for everything.
