An excellent villa for several families or groups of friends who are on their holidays together, VILLA JARAMA has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay. Set in a fantastic location, it is just a few minutes walk from Binibeca beach (with a number of amenities located just a short walk away) It boasts stylish decoration within the standards of our MENORCASELECT Quality Club, modern, comfortable and high-quality facilities as well as a large private pool surrounded by a wonderful garden with sea views.
VILLA JARAMA features 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes (master suite with a king bed, 1 double room and 1 twin room), another small room with 90 cm long bunk-beds and a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa bed, which may easily be turned into a fifth room for 2 adults or children. Two bathrooms (one ensuite with shower and another one with a bath), a modern separate kitchen (completely equipped with laundry area) and a pleasant and bright living&dining room with access to the terrace and garden/pool area complete this very well designed, comfortable and bright villa.
The large covered terrace with sea views, set over two heights separated by a few steps, comes with a brick BBQ, awning and quality furniture, the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days. Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the large pool, sun terrace, ping-pong table area and charming outdoor shower, all of which are surrounded by beautiful greenery. At the side of the villa, you can access to the roof terrace, enjoying panoramic sea views and equipped with an original relax double sunbed.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. This may be increased to 12 by adding two extra cots or a cot and an extra bed (an extra charge will apply).
Binibeca’s beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.

Accessibility: Not suitable for clients with reduced mobility. There are three steps separating the night-time area from the rest of the house, and two other sections with some steps between the main terrace and the garden/pool. Easy access to the beach and amenities in the area.

Amenities available in the area: Beach with sun loungers and parasols, beach bar, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, cash machine, children’s playground, public transport to Sant Lluís and Mahón, tourist train (Binibeca/Cala Torret/Punta Prima route), car rental.

What we love about this villa...
- Excellent location near Binibeca beach, with sea views. As well as taking the usual route to the beach, you may reach it by following a path (with some steps). This path will lead you to a playground with swings, at the entrance to the beach. A lovely secret!
- Modern, bright, well-designed and spacious villa, decorated and furnished to a high standard. The windows include mosquito nets.
- Excellent garden area surrounding the pool, pleasant covered terrace with awning and BBQ / play tennis corners.
- Large and very private plot, parking area is available at the entrance, or inside the villa.
