An ideal villa for 2 families or a large group of friends, containing everything you need for a relaxing holiday: unbeatable location in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to Binibeca Promenade (with all the amenities that you might need close-by), high quality equipment, exquisite decoration within the standards of our MENORCASELECT Quality Club, and comfortable facilities. Outside, you will find a large private pool, surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden, with nice sea views.
Located right betweeb the charming Old Fishing Village and the iconic Binibeca sandy beach, this exquisite villa with brand new AC units, Wifi, big garden and sea views allows for car-free holidays.
BINI VENT´s features 4 fairly large bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 doubles and 2 twins), fitted wardrobes and sea-views; 2 bathrooms with baths (1 ensuite), a large living&dining room with sea views and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room/laundry area. All the bedrooms and the living/dining room have been equipped in 2022 with brand new modern and silent Air Conditioning / heat pump units. The villa can accommodate up to eight people, that should be increased up to 10 by adding two extra cots or beds (an extra charge will apply).
The large covered terrace, equipped with quality furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days. Climbing up a few steps/a soft ramp, you will have access to the stunning pool ( larger than usual in Binibeca Vell), sun terrace and barbeque area, which is surrounded by a charming garden, offering you lovely sea views.
Binibeca’s beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Two minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.
As shown in the updated photos taken in May 2022, there is a very advanced construction work of 3 exclusive villas right on the plot in front of BINI VENT, which maintains a beautiful sea view. At this time, the level of inconvenience or noise from the work is minimal since interior details are being completed, the works are concentrated at a specific time some days of the week, and BINI VENT clients are enjoying a relaxed and pleasant stay.
However, in order to minimize these small inconveniences and limit the visual impact of the new buildings, an ambitious improvement has been undertaken in the BINI VENT estate this spring, leveling / raising in the front part of it, which offers a greater enjoyment surface of the garden area around the pool and improves privacy, also completing the vegetation in that area of the property.
We will gradually update the photos and in any case inform our numerous clients with reservations for the 2022 season about the specific status during their stay.

Accessibility: One-storey building without any barriers. The villa may be accessed through the use of a ramp (access to the house with a gentle ramp, no steps). Wide doors, allowing for wheelchair access. Access to the pool from the terrace (with steps or ramp.) Easy access to the beach and area’s amenities, without any slopes.
Car: Not required.
Amenities available in the area: Beach with sun loungers and parasols, beach bar, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, cash machines, children’s playground, public transport to Sant Lluís and Mahón, tourist train (Binibeca/Punta Prima route), car/bike rental, diving club, adventure tourism activities, boat excursions.
Amenities available within 5 km: Pharmacy and medical access, dentist, large supermarkets, a wide selection of shops, gastronomic restaurants, bars, banks and cash machines, hairdresser, service station, wine cellar, tennis club and equestrian activities. The hospital is 9 km away, and the airport is 12.5 km away from the villa.
