ES MACAR offers you everything that you always dreamed of for your next holiday on the island: a large swimming pool, a sun terrace on the sea-front, the beach, terraces on which you can eat and relax whilst enjoying panoramic views, light, privacy, a Mediterranean garden, sun and much more. Exquisitely decorated and designed in a style reminiscent of a classic mansion, it is perfectly located, giving you unforgettable views of the open sea, the cliffs and the outlet of Canutells beach.

Like everything else in ES MACAR, its layout is very unique. Spread out over 2 floors, the first things that you will see when entering the property from the street are the bedrooms. The very impressive master suite with a large double bed, incredible views of the sea and a private bathroom with shower. There is a second family-sized bathroom (with a bath), another double bedroom and a triple room, with single beds. They are all fitted with large wardrobes, air conditioning and access/views to the wonderful chill out terrace, which has a large pergola. From there, you climb some steps to get to an enormous swimming pool. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace as well as a pleasant grassy area, on which you can play and relax, with the sea by your side. This area has a table, benches and a parasol. These spaces are very private, allowing you to let the hours drift by, with the Mediterranean Sea offering you a changing and seductive view, at any time of the day.

From the hall, you can climb up to the upper floor, where you will find the rest of the common areas: a large, well-equipped kitchen, with access to a second sun terrace and fabulous views as well as a bright dining room (with the same views). From here, you will reach the dining terrace (complete with portable barbeque), which has unforgettable 180 degree views of the entrance to the beach as well as the open sea. This is simply a magical place, with an external staircase linking the chill out terrace to the swimming pool.

The stately entry to the state, with the white silhouette of the villa visible over the image of the sea, provides parking spaces for several cars. It also has a fresh courtyard with a ping-pong table and utility room, accessible from outside. The road from which you enter has beautiful Mediterranean vegetation on both sides, including seasonal flowers and box hedges.

ES MACAR’S facilities are perfect for the family. However, there are many internal and external staircases, making it unsuitable for very young children. In any case, older children should always be supervised.

The villa can accommodate 7 people. This may be increased up to 9 by adding one or two cots (an extra charge will apply). Extra beds are not permitted on this villa.

A five minutes walk away from the calm Cala Canutells, you will find a restaurant which makes good, home-made food and which has a nice terrace overlooking the beach. There is also a supermarket here. Wonderful paths surround the house, permitting you to take walks by the sea. There are also platforms and a small jetty from which you will be able to swim in the sea’s turquoise waters, every morning. The villa’s proximity to Sant Climent (8 minutes by car) allows you to access many services, as well as some of the island’s best restaurants. The capital city of Mahón is only 15 minutes away.

Accessibility: The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the elderly, or young children. Not recommended for young children.

I wanted to tell you that our stay at VILLA ES MACAR has been perfect, and thank you for the great work to make our vacations great. Tell you also that the decoration of the house is excellent, and that it has been a pleasure to arrive and find everything so clean and tidy. The views are simply unique, the huge pool by the sea a dream, and I must also mention the great paellas that we have had at the bar next to the beach.
