A beautiful villa, unique to the area, boasting of an old stone tower and great facade. Ideal for large families, or groups of friends who want to share, while maintaining their independence, BINI SEGUI is in an unbeatable location in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to Binibeca’s Promenade (with all the amenities that you might need close-by). Outside, you will find a nice private pool and large terraces, with incredible panoramic sea views.
BINI SEGUI has two flats, spread out over two floors and connected to each other via an external staircase. Each flat with a living&dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes and views to the sea:
– The upper flat includes two double rooms and one twin room with built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms (one with a bath, and one with a shower).
– The ground floor flat contains a suite with a double bed and separate dressing room (which may be used as a children’s room) and ensuite with a shower. This flat also has a twin room and a single room with built-in wardrobes, an extra bathroom with a bath.
Each flat has a covered terrace, with wonderful sea views. The upper floor flat terrace has a table and chairs suitable for eating, whereas the lower floor’s terrace features sofas and armchairs. The ground floor terrace provides access to the pool, sun terrace, BBQ and chill-out corner, a great place to relax and enjoy a few glasses of wine during sunset. At the back of the house, there is a secluded Mediterranean garden, where you can relax reading a gbook whilst sitting on the rocking chair provided, enjoying the lovely sea views.
The villa can accommodate up to 11 people. This may be increased to 13 by adding two extra cots or beds (an extra charge will apply).
Binibeca’s beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes’ walk away. Two minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.

Access to the pool from the ground floor terrace (with steps or ramp). Easy access to the beach and area’s amenities, without any slopes.
