BINI SEK has a large and bright master bedroom, containing a double bed, decorative fireplace, fitted wardrobe, shower room, access to the garden and sea-views. The villa also has two twin rooms with exposed brick base and fitted wardrobes, as well as sea-views, and an extra bathroom (with a bath.) There is a cheerful living room divided into two areas with decorative fireplace, fabulous views of the sea and access to the terrace. The kitchen is rustic and fully equipped. Making this a comfortable layout. Outside, there is a large terrace, with living and dining areas and a brick barbeque. There is a wonderful garden with sun-loungers, as well as a rooftop sun terrace. All of these features allow you to enjoy stunning views, no matter the time of day.
The villa can accommodate 6 people. This may be increased up to 7 by adding a cot or extra bed (an extra charge will apply).
The villa is a short two-minute walk away from the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores and only a few minutes away from Binibeca beach. There are two supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants/bars, shops, and ice-cream shops, etc., nearby. Right in front you will find access to the platforms, as well as an incredible natural pool, in whose turquoise waters you can swim every morning.

Accessibility: One-storey building. However, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are various internal steps in the hallway and living room, which are built on two levels. Easy access to the beach and area’s amenities, without any slopes.
